Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket to this event, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions of SV Business Group Inc. and/or the event organizer.

1. Organizer
This event is organized by SV Business Group Inc. at 5908 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC, or another location specified by the organizer.
Tickit is the ticketing service provider only. Tickit’s own terms apply separately.

2. Ticket as Revocable Licence
Your ticket is a revocable licence to attend the event. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the premises, without refund, if that person:
- fails to follow staff, security, or event instructions;
- enters restricted areas;
- behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, intoxicated, or inappropriate manner;
- violates these terms, applicable laws, liquor rules, or site rules.

3. Event Location and Site Conditions
The event takes place at a working marina and boatyard environment. Attendees acknowledge that the premises may include waterfront areas, uneven surfaces, gravel, asphalt, ramps, docks, vessels, equipment, vehicles, temporary structures, stairs, cables, lighting, staging, tents, and other potential hazards.
Attendees must remain within permitted event areas and must not enter restricted, operational, dock, vessel, equipment, or staff-only areas unless expressly authorized by the organizer.

4. Assumption of Risk
By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with attending an event at a marina, boatyard, waterfront, outdoor, semi-outdoor, or temporary event site.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- slips, trips, and falls;
- uneven or wet surfaces;
- weather exposure;
- temporary structures, staging, tents, stairs, railings, and platforms;
- crowd movement;
- waterfront proximity;
- sound, lighting, and production equipment;
- vehicles, boats, tools, and operational equipment in or near the venue.

Attendees are responsible for using reasonable care for their own safety and for following all posted signs and instructions from event staff.

5. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, by attending the event you agree that SV Business Group Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, event partners, suppliers, sponsors, artists, performers, and service providers will not be liable for personal injury, death, property loss, property damage, theft, delay, cancellation, disruption, or any other claim arising from or connected with attendance at the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SV Business Group Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, event partners, suppliers, sponsors, artists, performers, and service providers from any losses, claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from:
- your breach of these terms;
- your unsafe, unlawful, negligent, or improper conduct;
- your entry into restricted areas;
- damage caused by you to property, equipment, the venue, or other persons;
- claims made by anyone attending the event with or through you.

7. Weather, Venue Changes, and Event Format
This may be an outdoor or semi-outdoor event. The organizer may, at its discretion, modify the event format, delay the start time, move portions of the event indoors or under cover, change the layout, or make reasonable adjustments due to weather, safety, operational requirements, artist requirements, or other circumstances.
A change from outdoor to indoor or covered format does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

8. Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the organizer will determine the applicable refund process. Tickit service fees may be non-refundable under Tickit’s terms.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date unless the organizer states otherwise.
Artist lineup, schedule, venue layout, food offerings, bar offerings, and event programming are subject to change without refund unless the organizer determines otherwise.

9. Alcohol and Age Restrictions
Where alcohol is served, all liquor service is subject to applicable British Columbia liquor laws, permit conditions, and organizer policies.
The organizer and its liquor service providers may refuse alcohol service to any person at their discretion.
Valid government-issued photo ID may be required. If the event is advertised as 19+, attendees must be 19 years of age or older to enter, and failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Alcohol must remain within the permitted licensed service area and may not be taken outside the event area, into restricted areas, onto docks, onto vessels, or off-site.
Outside alcohol is not permitted.

10. Food, Allergies, and Vendors
Food and beverage options may vary by event and may be provided by third-party vendors or caterers.
The organizer does not guarantee that food or beverage offerings will be free from allergens. Attendees with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for making appropriate inquiries before consuming food or beverages.
Unless expressly stated, food and beverages are not included in the ticket price.

11. Conduct and Safety
Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, vendors, security, other guests, neighbours, and marina users.
The following are prohibited unless expressly authorized:
- entering restricted areas;
- climbing on equipment, railings, fences, boats, structures, stages, or platforms;
- bringing outside alcohol or illegal substances;
- bringing weapons or dangerous items;
disruptive, aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour;
- interfering with event staff, performers, vendors, or security;
damaging venue property or equipment.

12. Security, Bag Checks, and Entry Conditions
The organizer may conduct visual inspections, bag checks, ID checks, wristband checks, or other reasonable entry controls.
Refusal to comply with reasonable security or entry procedures may result in refusal of entry without refund.

13. Photography and Video
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by or on behalf of the organizer.
The organizer may use photos, video, and recordings from the event for promotional, archival, social media, marketing, and business purposes without further notice or compensation.
Attendees may take personal photos and videos unless otherwise instructed. Professional photography, drone use, live streaming, or commercial recording requires prior written permission from the organizer.

14. Parking and Transportation
Parking may be limited and is not guaranteed unless expressly included with the ticket.
Attendees are responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from the event. The organizer may provide transportation guidance but is not responsible for transportation delays, parking availability, towing, fines, or vehicle damage.

15. Accessibility
The organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs where practical. Attendees requiring accessibility assistance should contact the organizer in advance.
Because the venue is a marina and boatyard environment, some surfaces, routes, or areas may be uneven or difficult to access.

16. Pets and Service Animals
Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized by the organizer.
Certified service animals are permitted where required by law, subject to safety and site restrictions.

17. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own personal property. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

18. Resale and Transfer
Tickets may not be resold for more than face value or used for unauthorized promotions, contests, giveaways, or commercial purposes without written permission from the organizer.
The organizer may refuse entry where a ticket appears to be duplicated, altered, fraudulently obtained, or improperly transferred.

19. Privacy and Communications
Information collected during ticket purchase may be used for ticketing, event administration, safety, customer service, and event-related communications.
Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law or where consent has been provided.

20. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute relating to the event, ticket purchase, or attendance at the event will be governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
The courts of British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the event.

21. Agreement
By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these additional terms and conditions.

Your tickets are being purchased from SV Business Group (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.

You may optionally provide your mobile phone number at some points while using our site to receive text messages. We only send text messages for the specific purposes listed on the consent screen and never for marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving all text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
